I graduated from The University of Leicester in Medical BioChemistry in 2008 and am entering the University of Warwick postgraduate medical school programme. I have taught biology in the independent sector to A level and university entrance since leaving Leicester and have also taught GCSE Chemistry for the past two years. I have been an A level examiner in biology, most recently this year (2008) for Edexcel, but I have also taught the AQA biology syllabus for 2 years. I am also happy to tutor for Baccalaureate type qualifications. I enjoy giving tutorial classes and have done so on and off for the past ten years. I usually travel to a student's home, usually within about 15 miles of Leicester. I prefer to give 1.5 hour lessons and can help with coursework as well as the written papers.

We are a teachers co-operative that was formed in 1984 for the "hard to reach" and the street kids who otherwise would have ended up facing the law at young age. We are now all in our 50's and 70's and therefore provide traditional learning with traditional values. All are very very patients - especially with my daughter who is Autistic - Says it all for our kind of patiences.

Personal Description:
I am passionate about teaching and helping others reach their true potential. I like to explain in simple terms and encourage students to be enthusiastic about thier subjects. Pupils will find me patient, friendly and supportive and I aim to make tuition rewarding so students can gain the most they can. I am fully CRB checked and have also been employed as a supply supervisor in a secondary school.
